Santa Cruz County’s state parks and beaches are more popular than ever—millions of visitors every year are creating strong memories and powerful connections to nature. Yet our parks and beaches have never been more threatened by budget cuts, including 70 of them now slated for total closure by the state.
In response, Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks has established Friends’ Legacy Circle. These generous donors contribute $1000 or more annually and help sustain the legacy of our state parks and beaches.
You are the key to our success—will you join us?
With your support, Friends can continue the effort to keep our parks and beaches open now and for future generations.
We welcome your interest. Please contact us at (831) 429-1840 or by email.
In addition to Friends’ standard membership benefits, you as a Legacy Circle member will enjoy:
- An Invitation to a special Legacy Circle members-only event
- An invitation to member-only events
We are deeply grateful to the generosity of the following individuals and organizations who are the foundation fo the Friend's efforts to preserve the State Parks in the Santa Cruz area.
